I encourage you to find a quiet space, free from distractions - put on soft music, maybe light candles or diffuse essential oils - set the tone for relaxation and restoration.
(If this feels like too much, please don’t allow that to be a barrier - all you really need is an internet connection and the willingness to relax your thoughts and explore your personal mind/body connection)
