Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Mandi teaches what is generally recognized as Slow Flow Vinyasa, which is great for beginners through all levels, encouraging yogis to slow down their practice and really get into the breath work and healing aspects of yoga.

Candlelight Restorative with Mandi

Restorative yoga is an incredible way of helping to heal the whole body and mind.

In activating the para-sympathetic or relaxation response it helps to balance the whole nervous system and sets up the whole body for deep healing, growth and repair.

Restorative yoga is a gentle, slow, still style of yoga that involves long, passive holds in a series of 5-7 restful poses. Yogis are often supported by props to enhance or deepen their experience and achieve a state of total relaxation and release.
