Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another seamlessly, using breath. Mandi teaches what is considered Slow or Gentle Vinyasa, which is great for beginners through all levels, encouraging yogis to slow down their practice and really get into the breath work and healing aspects of yoga.

Guidelines for Covid-19 are being followed, class sizes are limited and mats will be placed six feet apart. Masks must be worn when entering and leaving the facility but do not need to be worn during your practice.
