Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing poses together so that you move from one to another seamlessly, using breath. Mandi teaches Slow or Gentle Vinyasa, which is great for beginners through all levels, encouraging yogis to slow down their practice and really get into the breathwork and healing aspects of yoga.

Guidelines for Social Distancing will be followed in the center. Registration is limited and mats will be placed at least six feet apart. Masks must be worn when entering and leaving the facility, but do not need to be worn during your practice.
