BY PURCHASING A RETREAT BY CREATE & CONNECT STUDIO, YOU ARE AGREEING TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED BELOW.
Once you have booked your day retreat with Create & Connect Studio, a $50 administrative fee is non-refundable.
Cancellation 30 or more days before the retreat date you may request a full refund (minus the administrative fee).
Cancellation 15-30 days before the retreat date you may request a 50% refund (minus the administrative fee).
Cancellation 14 days or less before the retreat date; no refunds will be made.
Create & Connect Studio does not accept any liability for theft or damage to personal possessions; personal injuries or medical conditions that develop during or after the retreat; or any costs, cancellations or charges incurred as a result of fire, natural disaster, or any other events beyond our control.
I understand that participating in a Create & Connect Studio retreat is entirely at my own risk. I understand my own body’s challenges and take full responsibility for my own yoga practice. If you experience any injury or discomfort during any activity during the retreat, then you must desist immediately.
Please advise us of any mental or physical conditions and dietary requirements before you book.
We reserve the right to in any circumstances to cancel the retreat. Our retreats require a minimum number of participants to have booked 14 days prior to the retreat date. If this minimum number is not reached by that date, we many cancel and offer you a full refund or full credit towards another retreat offered at a future date.
Where a booking is made on behalf of several individuals, the booking is conditional on the person(s) paying having authorization from all the individuals named on the booking to enter into this contract. The terms of this contract will apply to each individual as though they had paid for their own retreat individually and directly to us.
