Becker Balanced Bulldogs Yoga Club (6th-12th grade)

Together we will learn basic yoga, breathing and meditation techniques in a fun, engaging and inclusive atmosphere. We will focus on: becoming aware of our breath; increase our strength, flexibility, coordination and balance; learn to cope with and reduce stress and anxiety; balancing the body and mind; and improving quality of sleep.
