Slow Vinyasa Flow with Brenda

Vinyasa classes focus on the transition, or “flow”, between poses utilizing breathing techniques to synchronize the breath and movement. Having all the same benefits, postures and sequences - the pace of this class is slower as the name suggests. Movements are slower and poses held longer to focus more intently on the breath.
